Can I return a product without stating a reason?
All our products have 30-day trial withdrawal period that allows for returns, irrespective of your motivation with exception of product conditions described as "USABLE" or "DEFECTIVE".
The costs associated with the return are covered by DaRoAn.

Do the products come complete with accessories and package ?
The packaging, power plug and charge lead can be generic. Please also note that for hygienic reasons, we do not include earphones.

How does the (min. 12 month) warranty of the merchant work?
This warranty covers all defects that occur during the stated time period. The device will be repaired, replaced, or - if neither is possible - result in a refund of your money. Examples of these defects: a button breaks, the screen malfunctions, the device will no longer charge. Please note that the warranty does not cover defects or damage as a result of negligence or brought on by one's own fault (e.g. dropping the phone, liquid drop on laptops).

Do product battery warranty covered under same period of product ?
Because battery can variety conditions conform use, temperature and other factors, battery warranty on used products are limited to 90 days post sales and in effect we try avoid replacing any battery in our refurbishing process due to environment cost of producing and disposal of such part.

How is the battery life affected?
If not stated otherwise, the batteries in our products possess at least 80% of their original output for Macbooks and at least 50% of their original output for Windows Laptops like Dell, HP, Lenovo and others. Should a battery possess less than that, it will be replaced.

How do you invoice the website sales ?
Purchases can be regularly conducted via our website. If not otherwise stated products are sold as subject to differential taxation in accordance with Spanish Law n. 37/1992 (Régimen Especial de Bienes Usados (REBU), therefore the sales tax is not shown on invoice but some products (i.e. with differential taxation), the invoice will list the VAT.

Can I exchange my secondhand device for a refurbished one?
Unfortunately, no. We do not offer any form of product swaps.

Do you use original spare parts when refurbishing?
As default, we use non-OEM parts that are the same quality and specification of OEM as spare parts in the repair process.

Do certifications like IP67 and others, retain their validity on used products ?
Because many used products pass through refurbishment process, the certification may be lost as a result, which is reflected in our warranty.
